How Does the Device Work?

Connect the cable to a reliable grounding point.
Touch the metal surface of the part with the tip of the device.
Press the button.

Five indicator lights (from red to green) show the contact condition within a range of approximately 10 kΩ–100 MΩ. The green lights indicate good contact, while the red lights indicate that improvement is required.
