Spray chemical surface treatment systems provide the chemical preparation of metal parts and aluminium profiles prior to painting or interstage degreasing. Through successive degreasing, passivation, phosphating or rinsing, good coating adhesion and corrosion protection are achieved.

Applications:
Spray chemical surface treatment systems may include degreasing, passivation, phosphating, pickling and other processes. They are configured according to the specific technological requirements and are applied between different production operations, for example:
- After plasma or laser cutting of workpieces

Where necessary, interstage degreasing may be performed in combination with passivation to provide temporary corrosion protection.
Spray Chemical Treatment Sections
Spray chemical treatment sections can be designed individually according to the customer’s requirements and the specific chemical surface treatment technology.
The parts are transported by an overhead or floor conveyor, passing at a constant speed through the individual sections, where the stages of the chemical treatment are carried out sequentially.
The number of spray sections may be one or more, depending on the requirements of the technological process.
